It is fair to say that Tinker Hatfield prepared a real treat for all Air Jordan fans for his third collaboration with the brand. In 1990, Nike introduced Air Jordan 5, causing endless queues at retail stores once again. At first sight, the third installment of designated Michael Jordan sneakers wasn't much different from its predecessors. It maintained the mesh side panels, and its shape and overall look remained untouched. However, what made this model unique was the introduction of a translucent sole and the infamous "shark-teeth" design.
